Celebrating 25 years of Wycombe Water, Thank you

A YEAR OF CELEBRATION AND REFLECTION 

This milestone has given us the opportunity to look back on the partnerships, collaboration, and shared successes that have shaped Wycombe Water over the past quarter century. In November, we marked the occasion with an event at Red Bull Racing, it was a wonderful moment to celebrate the relationships that have supported our growth and to acknowledge the important role all our customers play in our continued success.

During the event, our CEO, Sven Ameye of the Pollet Water Group, shared sentiments that reflect how we feel about every one of our partners:

We also took the opportunity to celebrate the colleagues who have helped shape the company over the years, including team members with 10, 15, 20, and even 25 years of service.

LOOKING BACK AT 2025

It’s been a year of significant activity and investment:

Industry Events: We had excellent engagement at Installer Show 2025 alongside UVO3, and at Aquatech 2025 with the Pollet Water Group. These events reinforced the value of face-to-face connections with our customers and partners, and we look forward to seeing many of you at future industry gatherings.

PFAS Solutions: With increasing focus on PFAS in UK drinking water, we’ve been working closely with customers to provide effective treatment solutions. Our range of products designed to address PFAS contamination continues to grow in response to this critical regulatory challenge.

New Product Catalogue: We’ve launched our comprehensive new product catalogue, now available via our website at wycombewater.co.uk. This resource makes it easier than ever to access technical specifications and find the right solutions for your projects.

Systems Investment: In October, we migrated to Microsoft Dynamics 365 as part of our ongoing investment to improve the way we serve you. As with any significant system change, we’ve experienced some teething problems, and I want to thank you for your patience as we’ve worked to iron out these glitches. The transition has strengthened our operations, and we’re now seeing the benefits in improved efficiency and service delivery.

LOOKING AHEAD

Our guiding principles remain unchanged. Wycombe will continue to set itself apart by offering excellence in fast customer responsivity, technical knowledge and support, availability of inventory, and competitive pricing.

As Sven emphasised at our celebration:

“Pollet Water Group will continue to invest in talented people and into strategies to support our customers even better.”

This includes recent investments like the new UVO3 building with its UV Training Academy, designed to provide enhanced customer training and technical support.
